Defective product.
I received a defective product. Initiated a return within 10mins of opening the box.Firstly, the box nowhere said the company name 'Generix'.Secondly, the small end of the charging usb cable didn't fit the device. It was loose. I tried to hold and charge, thinking it'll work, but it didn't.Thirdly, I'm pretty sure, you're not supposed to be able to see aar paar where the usb port is supposed to be inserted.The packing was good, no complaint there.Not happy at all.. Think before you buy.

Don't waste your time and money on this
To keep it simple and short . I've been duped ..I have trust on Amazon to give me quality assured product .When I purchased it, it was a defective device. The device just couldn't pair with my phone..I thought it's not charged enough.. I've let it charged for some hours and still no success...I returned the product and asked for replacement.The next product (replacement) is now pairing with my phone but not playing the media files or anything from YouTube ..I thought to check my car stereo if it's at fault or not.I tried to pair with via my friend's Bluetooth adaptor and it was working there..Clearly the device I ordered from Amazon ..both the earlier and the replacement are defective..My money and time spent to acquire this device is completely wasted..I recommend not to buy this device , it's worthless

Poor quality
I don't recommend this product. Battery backup is very less. Product is of very poor quality. On off button doesn't work properly. Mine is stopped working in less than one month.

Decent at this price
I cannot say this is good device, but decent at this price. This is not packed product. This is sent in small transparent plastic packet with zip.I have tested this in Nissan Sunny vehicle. It is working fine. In and outvoice is very clear. Let me see how long the battery backup and how long it is giving service.

Can t make calls.The mic doesn't seem to work.Bluetooth connectivity is good.Clear sound.

Disconnect and Hang
Very poor product. I am facing the following issues:-Its hang between the songs and unless its battery will not finished, its neither in working condition nor we able to switched off/restart.Its disconnect in between the song.
