Letters are quite big
I have been using this for my journal as I cannot write nicely to save my life. The letters are definitely very big so I tend to opt for the lower case ones as they are a bit smaller in size. The plastic is fairly floppy which means you have to hold down on any small edges when drawing around it so maybe not easy for kids to use etc. It washes fairly well and doesn’t stain, though that’s not the end of the world anyway. I like that you get a variation from more calligraphy style letters to more modern block letters, leaves it open for a wide range of designs and uses.

Very flimsy, but good for cake decorations
The stencil are very thin and fell quite flimsy, so aren't the easiest to use, at least for children. You have to be quite gentle with them, so tracing around the letters using pens or pencils isn't the best way to use these.However, for painting using techniques such as daubing, spraying, or flicking, does yield good results; likewise, using the letter stencils for decorating cakes works well.They are good, but not for the heavy handed.
