Love the coffee maker
I have been using this same coffee maker for definitely a decade now and this was the first time the unit gave out not because of electrical failure but because of the wear and tear of one of the parts. So I buy this coffe maker for my daily filter coffee fix with complete confidence that I will continue to do so for the next decade and more. Kudos to the company for an excellent product and thank you to Amazon to making it available to me directly to my home this time around.

Poor coffee
What a way to dupe the customer. Bought this machine to make authentic south Indian coffee, but instead this machine makes basic brew Coffee. The concoction is very watery and when mixed with milk, it tastes watery. I have a steel manual coffee filter which makes better concoction. I also have Wonderchef Pronto machine which makes better black coffee any day. Waste of money, avoid this if you want authentic coffee taste

Coffee maker
It look nice. Is compact and easy to useI prefer my coffee to be brewed. But this works super fast. There should gave been optional switch for slow brewing. Another thing is that the plastic container, for putting coffee powder has sharp rim. So one has to be extra careful while cleaning it

Lid issue
The lid doesn't get fixed inside well ,it's just lightly placed on the top where we pour water. Hence keeps on sliding and water remains uncovered at times if we are not attentive to it.Rest all good , been using it for few years .
