MuscleBlaze 100% Clean Raw Whey Protein Concentrate (Unflavoured, 1kg) | Easy to Digest

I am very careful what I consume and try to avoid ingesting chemicals as much as possible. I once wanted to start a company that blends various forms customised helath drinks and market it in India, as a result I had researched the industry a lot. One thing I can tell you is, whey is a very easy and safe form of protien for the human body to digest (while the same cannot be said about casein or soy) but as long as it does not have growth enzymes or artificial sweeteners and flavours blended into it. This is where this product excels. If you can get past the taste (which is not bad at all, just tastes mildly milky when mixed with water), health wise this is the best product that I recommend. Yes, better than whey isolates or hydrolysates. The reason being, raw whey concentrates have whole host of other minerals and vitamins in the other 20% that is not whey, while in further refined isolates and hydrolysates it is removed to up the whey concentration by another 10-15% at a cost that is two to three times raw whey.Allow me to also add that, there are only 3-4 big whey manufacturing companies in the world. These are big dairy companies like Hilmar, Glanbia, Fonterra and such. All the health supplements manufacturing companies buy whey in the forms of concentrates, isolates and hydrolysates from these giants to rebrand them with additives and market them. Around 2012-2013, the only all natural whey protein by another company was banned in India because of Stevia content (which is perfectly safe, as it's a natural sugar) thanks to Indian bureaucracy, we athlete friends started buying 20kg raw whey concentrate through the Indian distributor of Hilmar and divided it among ourselves. We used to do that untill this product came up on shelf. Since then I am buying this and when it sells at discount, the price is close to or sometimes less than what we paid for the 20kg pack from Hilmar. And yes, this product is same as that and every other raw whey that comes out of the dairy giants of the world. Also, I am happy that this product from Muscleblaze exists, as it saves us so much hassle.Another benefit: because it's unflavoured and unsweetened, it's very versatile. Can be used in cooking like with oats porridge, omelettes, smoothies, etc or just knead it in chapati dough.The downside: Raw whey can be a bit of a problem for lactose intolerant people, while isolates and hydrolysates have less lactose in them.Happy training and healthy living!

This is Effective, good for muscle building, no side effects. But Seal(Zip) of packet is not good. You have to use clip on packet or transfer whole protein powder to container otherwise it will be in air contact.

The delivery had a solid packaging, nothing flimsy.The product itself comes in a bucket style pack as shown in the image.The bucket is sturdy as hell & will be useful even after the product gets over for miscellaneous storage.Now the product that I got was genuine as I broke the seal & accessed the inside of the lid. On the inside was a sticker thathad a scratch card that revealed a serial number. Upon entering this number in the MuscleBlaze website, I got a positive confirmationthat the code had been entered for the first time & that it was a valid product code. Now, getting to the product itself, its almost tasteless.Almost because it tastes like milk powder without even a hint of sweet. I'm happy with the way it tastes as I do not prefer any added sweetness, colour or flavour. One can always add these on the product.I've been using this product for long and can definitely see results. My muscles ache in the nights & recover well by the morning. I'm feelingless fatigue & see an improvement in fat loss due to muscle building. The value for money is excellent in this as I used to use Optimum Nutritionbefore & that used to (still does) cost an arm & a leg. I recommend this to anyone who is working out and needs to fulfil their protein requirements.I'm vegetarian & use all sorts of sources for my protein. Still, it is difficult to get more than 1gm / kg of body weight worth of protein just from vegetarian foods. I'm sure it's possible, but hard to maintain with a working life & not much control over the contents of the food. This is a clean & healthy shortcut. Good time to be alive. Thanks MuscleBlaze team. I tired whey protein for the first time and this was the first product.Using it for 20 days or so and the product has been fine until now. The taste is bland but not an issue as I've never tried other brands before. I won't recommend it for people who have tried flavoured shakes before.The mixablity is not so good. it creates a lot of foam in the shaker which might lead to bloating. Add water in the shaker first and then the powder for proper mixing, but that won't help much. Now this may be because the powder is in raw form which hasn't been processed further. Other powder may have mixing agents included (not sure).People with lactose intolerancy might have to take care. Initially I felt gastic for several days.Note : All the issues may not be the same for everyone. Also it might be because I was a beginner. Otherwise the product is fine and does its work slowly and steadily. A good product for the price.Follow proper diet and avoid unnecessary eating outside for better results.Do not expect it to give results instantly, as it won't happen.So people looking for a decent product at low cost can consider this.Purchase it during sale- sells around 999/-I will update the review when the pack gets over.

I have been using this product from last 4 months but this time the taste and colour of pretein is different and its very bad, it has lumps and its just too thin in water and taste like sand, very bad this time

To all those who are suffering from slight discomfort from this whey protein let me tell you that I also suffered for 1-2 months.I would suggest take in lesser quantity and drink water.When you feel heavy bloating then stop taking and try whey isolate.
