Good value for money
Nice product, it was easy to assemble and install. There was a problem in terms. of billing - contact number of customer was wrongly given by the vendor's person.We have been using it regularly since last few months- and happy with it.One add on can item may help customers - as it is an outdoor installed item - a water proof covering for the wooden swing will be great to protect it when not in use.

Poor quality of the chain as it has started rusting in 4 months of delivery
Contrary to the promise of being rust free , the chain has started to rust in just 4 months of delivery even in a place like gurgaonVery disappointing as it does not live upto the promises and commitments made

Product is god but packing is poor and damaging the product itself
The product is good, finishing is also good. But the way of packing this product is not justified. The nails of the packing have damaged the coating and finishing of the wooden base.

Had gotten the jhoola customized from the seller and got some extra cushions added - so dealt with the seller directly.Manish is very helpful. We faced an issue in shipping time and in rope length - he was communicative throughout and helped in resolution.The end result is for all to see in the photo.5 stars!

Great quality and Real wood in affordable pricing.
Ordered it from their independent site with modification in measurements as per my requirement. I must say excellent work, the wood is genuine and the finishing is perfect. Bought it in Feb 2021, and I am giving this review after 4 months of everyday use.The wood is real sheesham and of goof quality. Contact seller for nay modifications and they will be gladl to do it.
