Bought this for my wife as she a lot of stitching. Package was delivered intact without any damage. My wife called the customer care for a demo. A rep from Singer came for the demo as scheduled. Though I don’t use this much I believe this is not easy for beginners as they will take time to learn how to use it. For regular users this will be easy to adapt.Service team is also quite responsive and attended to a call quickly. Access to the bobbin is a little difficult and one will have to tilt the machine backward, which is ok. Overall experience is good but will know only when more time is spent with it.

Product delivered without Amazon packaging, missing barcode label, delivery address label, proper packaging and seal. Amazon customer care insisted I open the product and check if the product was fine. I checked and the product looked fine, they wanted me to operate it to confirm if it was working. I called singer customer care that was very kind to help me with the demo and sadly after the installation, the machine failed to stitch, the technician troubleshooted as well but it still did not work and I was told it is a faulty product with ‘stitch issue, needle time out issue/ error’. I want a return and a full refund for breach in packaging and delivery rules, for the harassment to log the issue, then chase the team to validate my problem and finally test the machine and be told that it is a faulty product

Good product at Rs. 9129/-(Including tax of Rs. 978.11). It's worth price with many functions. Works smoothly, strong metal frame weighing 5.5kg, good for biginers to proffestional, foot paddle is so smooth with 1.5meter wire connected with power cable of 2meter. but there is no option of turning off to foot paddle seperately, (because when u turn switch off in machine whole machine turns off along with light on needle) which is a single drawback. overall Singer machine is so easy and good. Thanks Amazon for selling likewise good products.

Really good sewing machine from Singer. I called the Toll Free no, for Free Home Demo (Singer provide Two free Demo) in the morning & Singer personnel attended in the same day itself.The Free Home Demo personnel (Bangalore) was very well trained & very polite too. He talked us through all the do's and dont's for the product, demonstrated every function clearly. Very satisfied with the customer service from Singer as well as Amazon.People who are having issue with 'thread coming out' - solution is -1. Thread the machine properly. Important point - thread has to go from front to back of the needle.Please search the quoted term in Youtube - "SINGER® Machine Threading Tutorial" .Video details for reference: length - 3:38 ; Channel name: SingerSewingCompany ; 331K views.2. Both the threads from needle & bobbin should be pulled towards back of the machine & then start with stitching. Pull the threads by at least 4 inches, only then the thread will not come of the needle.3. Most important point - Always GRADUALLY press the foot pedal. Don't press it down fully when you begin, start gently/slowly & then increase speed gradually. Good product price is little bit higherDon't stich on jeans and hard clothes,the needle gets broken

the machine is good. but i find some issues in it.1. most biggest problem is the reel holder that should be verticle but in this its horizontal. i though may be its convertible horizontal to verticle.2. many times after using we use again the stiches arent proper even in same settings. stiches are to loose. i dont think it has anything with user because on same settings we use it next time.. other model is good than that and cheaper also.
