Excellent chair for the money and customer service
The chair is comfortable and easy to assemble. I had an issue putting it together ( user error not manufacture fault) and the seller was very accommodating in helping me correct the situation. Excellent customer service and product. I would purchase from them again.

Perfect for height adjustable desks
Easy to assemble. Comfortable at all heights. I wish it went about an inch lower. That would allow for the 90 angle of my legs when in lowest position. But at lowest point, still slides easily under my desk.

Perfect for a sit/stand desk!
I recently purchased a sit/stand desk and needed a chair that was taller than what I had. I love my new sit/stand desk but it did not sit low enough for me to type comfortably using the chair I had. This Drafting Task Stool Chair is perfect in regards to height adjustment. The first picture shows the chair at the lowest level of 23" from floor to seat (standard height counter in the background) and the second is at it's highest, 28" from floor to seat. At 23", it is low enough so I am able to use it at my regular desk (where I don't have the sit/stand desk). When lowered, the foot ring is not wide enough to use comfortably so I use a foot rest (I am 5'4" and my feet dangle if I don't use the foot rest). I did not attach the arm rests as I like to sit close to my desk and they did not allow for this. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase!

Comfortable, sturdy, easy to adjust
So far I like everything about this chair. I can easily adjust it to for me to stand, sit, or "perch." My only -- mild -- dislike is that the directions contain virtually no words at all. Probably better than poorly written directions, but I am still not certain I got the arms on facing the right direction!

Broken within 2 years of use
When it was new, it was fine. For the last 4 months, I couldn't keep it level. Today, the metal sheered off and now it will go in the trash

Ok price for basic chair
The chair is ok. The adjustments are very limited. The arms are only adjustable inside and out and on forward or back. The arm material is pretty hard plastic. The foot rest is also pretty limited to how low it will adjust. Long term this is not a good choice for everyday office chair.

Seat very uncomfortable. Disappointed in cushion-within a few weeks became super uncomfortable.
Wish it wasn't really comfortable. IN theory good chair.. except seat is very uncomfortable.
