Had the product 6 weeks.. Multiple times the lock fails to open when entering the correct code... Can you send me a replacement please?

This happened to all of mine. Have you tried Wd-40?

My lock is closed and i have put my code in but won’t open. the reset button won’t move from off. purchased jan this year from amazon. help!!

Hi we had something similar over winter. We gave it a scoosh of WD40 and left it sit for a wee bit and then the lock opened. Hope this helps

Bought 3 locks recently two don't work. One is on a gate and the combination doesn't work and the other is locked which I can't close. What know?

I think the “set” button has been activated accidentally, and you’ve used them without noticing this. It’s so easy to do accidentally. I recommend asking the vendor for your money back. We had to take the bolt off our gate to resolve the same problem, which meant we had to replace the bolt.

Can anyone give me the diameter measurement of the rounded hasp. I need to know if it will fit in the metal hole where it will be used.
