the clasp doesn't close all the way so I have to be careful in case it just falls off, but for the price it's an annoyance I can deal with for how rarely I plan to wear it.

I had to spend 15 mins untangling one of the chains from itself, packaging was decent, they do separate the two chains. But I personally do not believe you should have to untangle a product before you can even use it. Product is a little underwhelming IMO, it is pretty, and I know this is not real gold and pearls, but the photos make it look nicer than it is. The charms are very lightweight.
