This was a pleasant surprise. This is big scissors. Much bigger than what I was expecting. And it is really well made. The plastic is perfectly molded and looks very durable. Its a precision engineered product. The steel is very sharp and the scissor blades are serrated for retaining their sharpness for a long time as well as making the cuts with less effort due to increased surface area. The piece I got has blades which are easily 4 mm thick and very strong. Though I have not used the notches under the finger and thumb support for cracking any walnuts, I did test the result of squeezing hard on a wooden dowel. It almost sliced through it. Very nice. This will be very useful as a go-to scissors for all my DIY projects and general use as the primary scissors in my tool kit. I recommend this highly. Nice piece, good finish. Very durable.

A good quality kitchen scissors. Ideal for cutting fins, chicken skin , cartilage etc.. One does not need to use the kitchen knife for trimming fat or soft joints. I have not used it for cutting bones because this can be done with a cleaver. The blades are heavy and sharp. The packing is ample as it's put in a blister pack. The blades have to be cleaned and kept dry after use. The finish is very good and steel blades have weight. The size is ideal for vegetables, poultry and fish. The price of the product is quite reasonable. However, the durability of the product is yet to be experienced.

Ideal for vegetables etc Only problem is there is a grove at the hinge side of blade for cutting round stocks probably and that reduces the leverage when cutting think paper etc

This product was very good for the price and very useful. Earlier I had given a negative feedback for this product. I had mistaken another product, delivered by a different supplier with this one.
