When I tell you these balloons were TOP TIER! They were BEAUTIFUL

Ok, I'm not eating balloons, but I did try blowing one up by mouth and it left a terrible taste in my mouth, presumably from the powder they put on them to keep them from sticking.They come vacuum packed. And there was a QR code and a message saying that blowing up by mouth is not "hygenic" - which I took to mean, "Please buy our electric $$ balloon inflator" and didn't scan the QR code. But after blowing up one by mouth and getting a terrible taste in my mouth I wondered if they meant it's not hygienic *for you* to inflate these by mouth? Dunno, so I'm hoping the claims of being non-toxic are true.Once you get these inflated, how ever you do that, these are fine.

I received my product partially opened. That gets me upset because I don’t know if there any missing or damaged. I’d rather just return it. I like to receive my packages not damaged or opened.

I highly recommend using a balloon filler or air pump for these if you aren't filling them with helium. They are very big and you will make yourself very lightheaded getting these to full-size. In addition to that, you can smell one of these and know you probably don't want it in your mouth.

The PartyWoo balloons are stretchy, clean, and so easy to work with. I chose the White Sand color, and they are a wonderful beige. Though I am an amateur at balloon design, I have done a ton of DIY arch projects. These balloons stand out from the rest. The best thing about them is the stretchy necks, which makes hand tying SO much easier. I am sick of working with cheap balloons leaving my fingers and wrists sore. Quality goes a long way with balloons because even if the balloons look decent aesthetically, not having soft, pliable materials will double the time it takes to get the job done. Thanks, PartyWoo!

No matter the amount of air we filled them with they popped! Pop! Pop! Pop! ABSOLUTE waste of money!!

This is a pack of 20, 18 inch Matte Red balloons. There were 20, they blow up to 18 inches, at least. I am not sure I would call it a matte red. Not as shiny as some balloons, but not a dull red either. Color is even, in direct sunlight it appears the powder is not evenly distributed, but not noticeable until I held it in the sun and looked carefully. The box and inner bag say not to inflate by mouth. If you have really strong lungs, you might be able to, but they are really heavy, thick latex, and I used a pump. Some kind of pump is highly recommended for this product.All around good product, will look great in decorations, or fun to play with.
