Question 1

I have a concrete in ground pool of about 15,000 gallons with a slow leak.  If & how would I use & pour your product to find the leak ???

If you have a significant leakyou would add the entire contents of the one gallon container (20,000 gallons water= 1gallon dye), in the case of a major leak, the flouresence of the dye will turn up bright green at the source. A high power UV light would be in order for increasing disability, though direct, bright sunlight works well when there is a high concentration flowing at a good rate. The unfortunate thing that you will face is the soil will nuetralize the die, rendering it in effective. My recommendation is to have the pool drained and have a visual inspection of all penetrations(drain, filtered water return) etc.

Can this be used to test claims of non-uv emitting light bulbs?

Technically yes not what it's designed for but it does glow when you use UV so if there is any UV light then it would glow

Will this detect a leak in my pool liner?

I'm not sure how you would do this, unless you are willing to pump out all of the water and replace it with fresh water after you have found the leak.  If you pour it into the pool water, the water will become VERY green.  If the leak is in the side of the liner (above ground pool?), you can probably detect it outside the pool especially at night with UV light.  If it's in the bottom of the liner and water is seeping into the ground underneath, I don't think you'll detect the source of the leak.  Good luck.

Question 4

Will this work to detect any leak(s) in an aluminum pontoon? When trailered I would fill up the pontoon with water and dye and inspect for any leaks.

Maybe. I used it to prove only one of my two crawl space positive drains was patent. The one that was open was over 75’ long and it was VERY easy to find and to see the dye leaking out of the end of the drain.
