Waste of money
Useless Product ! Go in market and by Coconut oil ! EVen Parachute is food grade edible OIL ! Why waste money on this ! We are not on mars to buy this products at these high price ! 95% of coconut Saturated fat are Medium Chain Triglycerides ! And you have to eat atleast 20 to 40 gram MCT with Ketogenic diet plan to get benefit from this! Store FAT in body is MCT eating MCT as FAT make our body more adapted to burn those type of store and diet FAT and in long term you loose more FAT in Calories controlled diet which high in MCT fat and very low in carb / sugar ! 500mg is useless dose !
