I've tried a lot of protein powders and this one is by far my favorite. I have both the chocolate and vanilla. The chocolate makes a wonderfully smooth hot chocolate and they both taste amazing in coffee. Works just fine in milk as well.It mixes well in hot drinks, but takes a bit with cold. It does get clumpy, but I always blend my drinks so it's not a big problem. I wouldn't just use a shaker bottle to mix it, it is thick. It is on the sweeter side, but I enjoy it.Most proteins really upset my stomach, but this one goes down easy and stays down. Makes me feel full as well.I highly recommend, even though it is a bit more expensive. I'd rather pay a little more for clean ingredients and a calm stomach.

I love this product. I hope the manufacturer reads the reviews. I have been looking for a clean product that had good clean animal based protein and was not collagen or whey. This works very well for me and I think the added benefits of the grass fed organ meats is a great bonus. I have purchased from this company before but was not aware they had a protein powder. My only comment would be the same as other people have mentioned, that it is very sweet. For someone who does not consume much sugar at all it is extra sweet. My thought on that would be that it disguises the tastes of the organ meat powders. In that case I can tolerate the sweet taste as I am not a fan of the taste of organ meats in my morning drink. I appreciate that it is sweetened with monk fruit as that does not spike my blood sugar like other sweeteners do. Overall this is a great product. Thank you for making something that I can use and love. ❤️

Tastes good. Not too sweet when I mix it with fairlife milk & strawberries in the blender. Another reviewer suggested that and I’ve got to say that is very delicious, tastes like a strawberry ice cream shake & mixing it all in the blender it turned it into a fluffy almost marshmallow like consistency (real homemade marshmallows anyway). Best protein powder I’ve ever had. Not chalky at all. Love that there’s no BS in the ingredients too which is why I took a risk on trying something so expensive even. Worth it. Wish they would make sample sizes though. I think more people would buy this if they could try it first. It is good.Another review mentioned sticking, I haven’t experienced that. Maybe if you’re using just a shaker it would but in the blender it was just fine.

I am an Ancestral Supplements fan and have been using some of their products for a few years. I tried this protein powder for the first time today. I like that this is a very clean product, no unnecessary ingredients. The only thing I do not like is that it is much too sweet for me. It would nice if they would cut back on the sweetener. It also does not dissolve well in hot liquid. Tomorrow I will try cold liquid and see what happens. I'm still going to go with this product because it is made by AS. They are a very reliable company.Update: I tried half a scoop in my coffee and used a small whisk to mix and it is much better. The sweetness is still there but is not so overpowering as a full scoop.

It tastes really good. But the big issue is mixing it up. I mix it with milk, but I'm sure you'd have the same issue with water. The very first time I mixed it up, I did it in a shakeable bottle. That was a mistake as there were massive clumps that just wouldn't smooth out. Ended up tossing it. All the following times I have used a blender, but nothing stops it from sticking to the sides of the blender. It's simply so tacky that it sticks to everything to easily. I just wish it wasn't so sticky, because it tastes really good.

Great flavor, and the perfect way to get added nutrients into my family. Blends well into smoothies, and yogurt bowls.

I usually use Paleo Valley bone broth protein and was really happy with it, but saw all the ingredients in this one and thought I’d give it a try. It does not mix well. I’ve tried it in hot cold liquids and smoothies, and it’s still clumpy. It does not smell natural. It’s like most other synthetic flavored whey protein shakes having that slimy texture which I attribute to the isolate with an aspartame taste even though it says sweetened with monk fruit. I’ve only used it for two days so I cannot speak to its benefits, but I do feel the difference between it and my go to Paleo Valley which I put in everything because it has NO TASTE, mixes well and actually smells like bones when you first open it.

Always been a big fan of AS. Great quality products. But, i was shocked with this product. I have heard of monk fruit (seems to becoming more popular) and do not know a lot about it but when I contacted AS and asked them where their monk fruit is sourced. That was enough for me. No thank you. I will keep taking their other products though. If they stopped the monk fruit then i would buy again because without monk fruit, this would be a killer product.Also, i would really like an unflavored product. So, I will probably go back to Paul Saladino or Mark Bells product.
