Avoid! Caused a lot of pain!
I used this for 10 mins and now have severe pain - cannot move my neck correctly without shooting pain that i never had before. It doesn't come with instructions so I can only assume I didnt lie in the right position. I now have to see a physio. Do not buy!!!
