Helped relieve neck pain!
I suffered from neck & shoulder pain and could not find the right pillow size. Ordered it after reading other reviews, and really grateful that I did. It is the perfect height for my neck, and helped relieve pain in 1-2 nights. It is a relatively small size pillow, so I roll it up and easily pack it in my luggage when travelling. Used it for 7 months already - no deterioration in the shape of the pillow.

Pillow is good but remove every cover
The pillow foam is good and helps you get a comfortable sleep, but all the cover that comes with it are a hinderence to good sleep. Hence I strongly recommend that you remove all the cover once you get it. And even the pillow cover that you add - should be loose so as to allow the pillow to deform freely. Additionally I put a warm soft towel that lets your skin breathe, on the pillow for a good sleep.

It's really comfy and light. I also carry this with me on trips or night outs. My neck doesn't pain anymore as it gives the best support to my neck. I use satin pillow cover with this which makes it more soothing for my face and hair.
