Butterfly Smart 2 Litres Table-Top Wet Grinder|150 Watts|Shockproof ABS Body| Coconut Scrapper Attachment|2 stones with 4-Way Grinding| Stainless Steel Drum | 2 Years Manufacturer's Warranty | White

First i received the damage product and next the replacement was too good and it is suitable for a small family. easy to clean and the noise is less.

Overall, the purchase experience with Amazon, the seller, and the product itself has been good. The product functions as expected and meets expectations. Capacity and Features are good. However, the service provided by Butterfly is not satisfactory. There are significant delays in receiving accessories from the service center. It is understandable that customers must bear the cost of replacement parts for damages caused by them. However, additional service charges are applied for delivery, while pickup from the service center is free. These delivery charges were not communicated at the time of placing the order and were only informed to the customer during delivery, which is not acceptable..

Boought it for 4000 INR and works well and happy to make dosa

Good

I purchased a grinder in October last year. Within a short time, the belt became loose and came off the drum. I contacted customer care to request service and was assigned a technician only after I followed up twice. The technician inspected the grinder and informed me that the drum belt was loose and needed to be replaced. He quoted Rs. 450 for the part, which I agreed to bear. However, the grinder has been left open for the past 4 weeks with no further action. I have called customer care and the service technician 3-4 times, but I have not received any proper update or resolution The complainant was also closed without any resolution When asked with the customer care they were reporting w it is their procedure. Very inefficient people.

Excellent for grinding, makes fine coconut paste and curry pastes

Achha hai par awaj bahot aati hai baki overall thik hai

Working is good

Hello all, I would not recommend this product. The dealer sent me a defective product. I requested a refund, but the dealer refused, stating that it has been 50 days since purchase and that I have used the product. I used the grinder only twice after purchasing it and discovered the defect. The issue occurred the first time as well, but I mistakenly thought I should test it again before reporting it. The product is not value for money. Additionally, the Indian plug/adapter supplied with the grinder is not working. According to Amazon's return , I still have time to return the product. I have attached videos and pictures showing the defect as evidence. I request Amazon to please review this issue and arrange a return and full refund, as the product was defective.

I recently purchased the Butterfly Table Top White Wet Grinder on Amazon, and it has been an excellent addition to my kitchen! From the product quality to the thoughtful delivery process, everything about this purchase exceeded my expectations. First, I must mention the exceptional packaging. The grinder was securely packed in a sturdy box with multiple layers of protection to prevent any damage during transit. The safe packing gave me complete peace of mind, and even a return label was included, just in case (though I didn’t need it!). Kudos to Butterfly and Amazon for ensuring a stress-free delivery experience. The grinder itself is top-notch! The sleek white design blends beautifully with my kitchen decor. It’s compact, lightweight, and easy to place on the countertop. Performance-wise, it’s a powerhouse. The motor is robust and grinds ingredients like rice and lentils effortlessly into smooth, consistent batter, perfect for dosas and idlis. Operating it is simple, and the grinder is very easy to clean after use. The sturdy build and high-quality materials give me confidence in its durability. It’s also surprisingly quiet for such a powerful appliance. Overall, this Butterfly wet grinder is a fantastic purchase. The quality, performance, and attention to detail in packaging and delivery are unmatched. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and stylish wet grinder. Five stars all the way! The most surprising and excellent part of this product is this package includes Indian variant plug and coconut grater.
