Q: My mother's feet roll inward because her feet are very flat. Will this insole help her?

These inserts work really well for me because I have a high arch but I'm not sure if they would make any difference in how the feet roll. They are really cushioned so they seem to help in that area also.

Q: How do I know what size this will fit? I don't want to cut these down. I first want to be sure my foot will fit into my shoes with the added orthotic

I didn't have any trouble with these orthotics--put them in my shoe--fit fine.

Q: are those for wide shoes?
