They are very tasty but for my type person who eats a proper meal roti or rice will not be filled by any bars like these but it has two types of protein powder which is good for muscle building I’ve the results

I gave these bars a try, and while the protein blend, fiber, and added vitamins, I couldn't ignore the expansive and bloating feeling after consumption. Unfortunately, the discomfort outweighed the nutritional benefits for me.

Protein bars are mainly for the ease/practicality of getting 10gof protein, in a small bar, when you don't have time to prepare a meal.The taste is not great (but definitely not bad). It is kinda chewy though and a bit too sweet.It is filling, but only for couple of hours. I definitely did not find it as a meal replacement option.Found it useful, immediately after a workout. Having protein shakes 2-3 times a day to meet the protein requirement is kinda boring. So the bar is a good option in such cases. Though, it is way more expensive than a protein shake.I generally use it, when I don't have time to have a meal after workout (Due to work). Use this as a protein shake replacement and fills me up for couple of hours.
