Mixer is good, little noisy but work is done neatly. Hope mfr improves noise reduction in upcoming models. Overall happy. Worth buy

Poor built quality, and grinding issues
The product's built quality is very poor, and its grinding performance is unsatisfactory. The mixer exhibits three cracks on its 3 side of the body, indicating poor manufacturing. Consequently, I cannot endorse this product. Please refer to the attached photos for a visual assessment of the damage. Now I try to return this product there is no option, but they mention 2 year warranty. Fake item don't buy.

Looking good and working good. but main wire cord very short size and two pin plug.

Product is faulty
It stops abruptly while running. It has very fragile blade system which goes loose after running for a while. All these problems were within days after purchase from Amazon

Bad Quality
I purchased a Bajaj mixer grinder with a lifetime warranty, but one of the mixer jars is already broken. I have contacted customer support multiple times, however I have not received any proper response or assistance from your team. This is very disappointing, especially from a reputed brand like Bajaj. I request you to arrange a replacement for the damaged jar at the earliest under the warranty terms. Please treat this as a priority and provide a resolution immediately.

The best mixer grinder i have ever used
Before buying this I had purchased multiple mixer, grinders but none of them worked as good as this product. I am extremely happy with the product, its's power and efficiency.

Extremely low quality machine
The machine is a fairly poor quality product. First of all, the coupling of jars wouldn't perfectly fit the coupling on machine and the machine would create a very loud noise. Secondly it's impossible to avoid leakage even when the jar covers are fully closed and you are holding it with a hand. Despite holding, liquids will start coming out. Excessively big motor vs what it needs to be. One plus is that it uses the common indian standard jar base which is easy to find online. The machine is substantially overpriced vs India prices. All said, poor value For money, low quality there are substantially better/advanced machines available now,
