Out of the box gaming for my son, with a few very MINOR self-inflicted hiccups. Good - Works out of the box, FAST processor, a graphics card that chews up anything we've thrown at it, and it looks great! All at a price that couldn't be matched via a build, or an alternate product. Cons - nothing so far, see below Self-induced - So a few heads up, 1. the computer is shipped with a blank profile for QA, I decided to reformat the drive and start with a fresh install. When I did, the windows key was somehow corrupted, BUT Falin in customer service had a new key to me before I hung up the phone. Also - a heads up the small button on the front that I thought was the system reset button, actually controls the system LED lights, Falin answered my emailed question on that within an hour, so again, many thanks and kudos to them! Edit 5/6/26 - Had a memory module fail completely, after a quick diagnosis by Falin a new RAM stick was sent to us and received 2 days later. Customer service from this team is really good and greatly appreciated by me and my son.

Solid system and built very well, and my son loves it. For the price we spent it features a lot of good hardware. Like mentioned ViprTech has a variety of hardware brands in their builds. Ours featured a gigabyte 5060 ti 16gb. It boots fast, everything worked straight out of box, and it was well protected during shipment. Absolutely the best thing I can say about the system is that there was zero bloatware. It was a completely blank slate(aside from the OS). Which made it super easy to get everything loaded that I needed. All drivers were accounted for, and they included a QR code to link you to a place to download drivers. *Wifi was not embedded via motherboard, but they included a dongle that works fine. *My son primarily uses it to game and model in blender. Blender runs flawlessly and quick.

The Amazon version of this prebuilt rig is exactly as described. Please do not go the wrbsite because their are slight differences. Graphic card is NVidia so will be very good. Would have preferred not having this card but that is for Arch Linux with Hyprland configuration reasons not because of the card itself. I am using 2 1080p monitors so not the highest quality monitors for this card but still great quality and no screen tearing. The graphics quality is excellent. Cooling system, including the fans are ultra quiet. I have them on max performance and they are still ultra quiet. This unit has a good value and worth the amount I paid. It could be better with more usb connections, especially type C USB. It is very difficult to know what the connections are in the back since they have almost no description/name/color coding. Only one label to not use certain motherboard/built in graphics but use tthe graphics card. I do not game so can not say the capabilities ir benchmarks but do play and edit videos (not for online streaming like "you" tube and this rig is very good. I do wish there was a user guide for this rig (even online version) to figure out how to change the lcd lighting. I can turn them off and on and only the motherboard controlled on RAM can be changed so far. I also can not figure out if it us possible to change the brightness level on the motherboard controlled lighting. It is not too bright in general but rather have steady color or lower the brightness. Since I can do neither, just turned these off. If you want a decent mid range gaming computer or creator's computer system, this is pretty good. 4 gripes: lack of more USB, especially in back; apparent lack of adding SATA storage drives or more storage without replacing the one stick; no labeling or identifying of connections (USB 2.0, USB 3.0, etc); no user manual to learn more of use of this rig.

This pre built gaming PC by far exceeded my expectations. Lightning fast super high fps and looks awesome. I did research ALOT before choosing this model and despite the numerous negative reviews mine came exactly as described and performs flawlessly. If your looking for a high end gaming PC this is the one to get and you can't beat the price (right under 1500 shipped). Awesome gaming PC highly recommend

Prior to ordering the computer I had only read the reviews on the PC under the Amazon listing. After ordering I looked on YouTube and to my surprise there are quite a few videos of people saying bad things about the companies computers. I’m here to say I would disagree with them. The PC itself was put together very nicely and booted up immediately upon flipping the switch and pushing the power button on the front, making the initial setup very easy. The liquid cooler allows the pc to run for extended periods of gaming, a high powered CPU and graphics card allow for advanced graphics and an immersive gaming experience. It also came with a USB driver for the wifi connectivity and after plugging it in and setting it up it worked quickly and easily. There are 5 RGB fans included that run optimally and quietly, that mixed with the 240mm liquid cooler keep the pc running at optimal temperatures for longer periods. All in all, ignoring the reviews from some YouTubers, this pc is definitely a tank for its price and I would recommend checking it out.

I ordered this back in Aug 2024 to replace an older hp envy.....I mainly use to play sims ⁴ (with most packs, etc.....et the data that comes with them).....et the odd computer game....the hp was great but she had gotten so bogged down she needed a break....the fan was making crazy noises et I had to put her down.....since it was time for an upgrade....I had my baby brother help me....he's more computer literate when it comes to things like specs et what not....but he helped me with this purchase.....amazing speed....sims ⁴ still a little buggy....but that's a different post...lol....but runs everything crazy fast.....the lights are really cool...i haven't tried messing around with the colours....i let them do what they want....but they shine out the top fans which are contained et then covered by a really cool magnetic mesh....they shine out the front as you can see from the pic et then on the left hand side of the pic....all the light shining against my chair is a whole glass side hinged door.....which lets you see the lit up innards of your computer....reason I'm posting this now..... is a week ish ago this stupid like screen mark thing showed up in the bottom right telling me to activate windows et no matter what I tried (after a few Googles) I couldn't get it to work.....so I reached out to viprtech support et they were prompt....courteous et told me exactly how to fix the problem....I would definitely recommend....still do your research cuz you may need more or less than the specs pictured.....but customer support et the product are amazing 👏.....what more can you ask for 😁

I've had 2 of these units shipped as replacements to PCs that are losing their windows 10 support being multiple generations old. Both units came well packaged and in great condition. The systems feel snappy to navigate and already have been powered on a few hours each having to install essential components for our work from home situation. As for gaming performance is more than adequate for the older library I have and enough power to play modern titles granted some settings may need tweaking to get suitable framerates in the most demanding of titles like Stalker 2. Overall I'm satisfied. (update after a few days) The system is quite good in responsiveness very snappy navigating and opening apps for my work I couldn't be happier with how much faster I can process things. I also forgot to mention in my initial review that I love how the systems didn't have extra software preinstalled and auto launching products like i have seen so many times with popular prebuilt oems like HP and Dell. I had to help friends and family weed out that junk on their laptops. Prior to this machine I only had desktops I personally assembled from independent parts makers but with gpu prices the way they are I thought it most economical going with a prebuilt this time around.
