Lights up my life
I bought several of these and I'm 1 away from having a full 10...These really do the trick on my events and I love them...I've had people even come up and take pictures of them as they want them for whatever reason...they work great chained up all together or even 2x2The only issue now is that they are SO popular, they are really hard to find...the last 2 I got from here (8), the 9th one from Idaho and now I need a last one...either way, I love them, they're great and do the work.

These lights are big!
We are wedding DJs. I purchased four of these lights to use for uplighting, then realized they are bigger than I expected. They are lightweight - we mounted two on the front of the truss for dance floor/audience effects and used the other 2 (in addition to our other LED lighting) for the stage - it worked out great! LEDs are definitely the way to go for lighting. These arrived quickly and were packaged well.

Great product
I bought 3 different types of par 64 to evaluate, I mastered the venue in less than 10 minutes while the other leading brands were confusing and needed a lot of time to setup. (I won't mention the company names out of courtesy) but it seem that the Venue was superior in many ways. Now if I can get them and a discount rate, I would love to have 24 of them!!Tony

SO much better and easy to transport than my old clunky LED one.

Thinpar? What’s thin? What this junk is made of.
I own 6 of these. These two I got used. They appear to be slightly different than the newer ones. I’ve never seen the inside of those, but these, I can see the inside of. Because they’re smashed to oblivion. You’d think I’d had to have been rough on these right? Wrong. I took these to an event and I dropped one about 6” to the ground. It broke the ferrels off on the inside on BOTH sides. Yes. 6” drop caused the damage. The other one? I didn’t even drop it. There’s a major design flaw here. The mount points are very weak and the cases are credit card thin plastic. They didn’t appear to be reinforced in any way, and if they were? I couldn’t tell you because all the plastic turned to shards and dust. So they put a metal bracket on this light with little to no reinforcement, so the case can’t take the slightest drop, and when you DO drop it, the bracket is going to snap off the plastic and ferrels causing damage like this. This is Chinese junk at its finest. I hope the others I have don’t have this weakness. But I bet they do. Granted the plastic is brittle from age, but this build quality is what caused the failure.Oh. Both lights flicker on some colors. Great. The lights still function but not worth much after the brackets are broken. Pfft.Skip these, get Chauvet. The worst thing about the Chauvet is the horrible cases to store your lights.

Great light for the price
I bought this light because a few gigs came up and I didn't want to spend much since I'm barely starting to do gigs, but the light works great! I can't complain. The only complaint I would have, if any, is that it doesn't have a dimmer and the light is extremely bright. A DMX controller can fix that but there wasn't any available when I went to buy them. Also, the RGB mode can help with dimming but it would have to only stay one color. The RGB mode came in handy for a small wedding, the couple was so glad I was able to match up their wedding colors. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is starting up.
