I love this product a lot. Since a decade, I was suffering from acid reflux. I tried all home remedies and finally I gave up. It is a good product with a combination of different enzymes. It is not a cure all solution. You still have to be careful about what you put in your mouth. Enzyme pills can only help you to a certain extent. the pepsin and papain is good for breaking down the protein. I do recommend this product.

i use to have indigestion issues even if i ate little.spicy food.Healthaid digeston help me in relieving gas,bloating ,chestburn etc to a great extent.Great product
