Totally recommend This!
It improves the quality of air that goes in through the lungs and also the gut environment. I took 5 puffs as written in manual. The overall systemic improvement took 20 minutes. I was using eucalyptus to improve lung quality earlier but hen I realized, it won't change the quality of air...& so I opted for this..which wasn't a mistake after all!

Doesn't fit the portable Oxygen cylinder
It's more like a use and throw ....disposable ...mask. Moreover it doesn't fit the portable oxygen cylinder.

Good for use with oxygen 99 oxygen can.. it helps to provide good fitting for breathing in higher altitudes go for it
