I bought this for my wife with Elers-Danlos. She says it's super comfortable, it supports her shoulders (her key injury area), and cradles her body well. It's super smooth in its movement when spinning and reclining, the footrest is a little weak, but in a great position. It's easy to use and she can stay in position a lot longer than usual. She usually has a problem with chairs being too wide, and this actually avoids that problem in spite of its large, sturdy build. It looks nice in the house, and it's a little larger than an average office chair. Totally worthwhile purchase.

I absolutely love this chair! It was so easy to assemble. I actually put it together on my own in under and hour. It's very plush and comfortable! The reclining function works very well and is also very comfortable. It rolls with ease and the height is easy to adjust. Quality is great and you can't beat the price. The pillow is perfect for the small of my back when needed or the back of my neck or head if I wanna recline. On top of all of that, it is beautiful to look at!

I bought this for office work its very easy to assemble and super comfortable. It really helps with the back pain and has extra support for lower back and neck. Look really spacious and comfy. Pretty easy to put together. Instructions are easy to follow. The chair is of nice quality and is comfortable to sit in. I'm 6'3" and the leg ext I thought wouldn't be long enough for me, but it works.Great value for the money, the appearance is great for a home office, and I like the reclining, and back support, with the added pillow.

I would recommend having two people to put together this chair as there is one part for the backrest where you need to hold the part and get it to the right angle and screw the piece into it at the same time, something that I think I would have really really struggled to do alone (perhaps not impossible but definitely harder). That being said, putting together this chair didn't have a lot of steps (compared to other chairs I ordered before) since most of the pieces are big - it's a 7 steps process and all the parts arrived in excellent condition and were easy to put in place. I will therefore say that this is a relatively easy chair to put together and took less than one hour and no frustration, which is a lot said for me who gets easily impatient with DIY when it is not going how it's supposed to go.The chair itself is VERY padded and very comfortable for the back and bottom. The material is a PU leather (fake leather) but feels and looks well-made. The material is very soft and didn't make me sweat. They provide a small cushion made from the same material and it feels very nice when put behind the neck.The chair is also quite big; I am plus-size and I still have extra room to move.Now, regarding what could be better, the armrests are pretty low and not adjustable. I like to relax in this chair when I'm reading and, if it was possible, I would have loved to raise the armrests higher so that I could hold my ereader closer to eye level.Also, the parts are not labeled on the plastic that covers each of them (no A, B, C or 1, 2, 3 etc) so you have to figure out which is what by shape only. Granted there are very few parts and they are clearly shown on the instructions manual and it was easy to know which is what because they all look different enough from each other that confusion risk was super low but I like it when manufacturers make instructions silly-easy for me and here naming the parts would have been that extra step.One more thing is that the part that extends to rest your legs on is pretty short so it works for me at 1m70 but i think anyone who is much taller might not feel their legs to be as supported.Overall, very comfy chair, relatively easy to put together (though easier if you are 2 people), material feels nice but armrests are not adjustable and it might suit shorter people best. I'm giving it a 4.5 stars and rounding it to 5.

I love that the chair can support up to 400 lbs, thanks to its sturdy steel frame and 5-leg base, which also makes it stable and smooth to move around.One of the standout features for me is the adjustable backrest, which tilts from 90° to 135°, and the armrests move along with it, so I’m always comfortable whether I’m sitting upright or leaning back to relax. The footrest is also a nice touch, especially with its extended length—perfect for when I want to kick back during a break. The lumbar pillow adds that extra bit of support when I need it, though I wish it were a bit more adjustable.Assembling the chair was straightforward, with clearly labeled parts and an installation tool included. However, I did find that putting it together took a bit longer than expected, and the instructions could be a little clearer.Overall, it’s a solid, comfortable chair that’s made a noticeable difference in my work-from-home comfort.

Having used this for ten days, I have found that the chair is very comfortable to sit on for extended hours. It is VERY cushioned, so I hope it will not suffer the same issue as my other office chair (the padding is flattened to the point of being useless.)The chair base has a cheap-looking plastic shell that you install after installing all the legs... I forgot about it and now I can't remove the base easily after fully installing it. The armrests are lower than normal but that's fine.- The pillow is better as a headrest rather than lumbar support.- The recline lever is positioned at a hard-to-reach-ish position, I would've preferred it to be positioned somewhere more convenient considering how often I use it.- The wheels are cheap hard plastic, I would substitute them with rubber feet if you don't have a rug or mat.- I like the footrest, it's the exact same as what you could find on a $200 reclining gaming chair.

Fluffy cushioned padded in stitched PU leather alongside a classy finishing of stainless steel chrome makes this chair stand out in my home office. It's padding is neatly tucked along seams and fills cotton layer on top foam for about 6.5" of cushioning. Being heavy sitting on the chair for longer periods of time it maintains a stable temperature, getting slightly warm underneath but quite breathable soft to rest on. Backrest height of 26" reaches to level around shoulders but laying back with its recliner motion feels comfortable to rest my head on top while flipping out its vegan leather footrest. Arms do sit lower but felt plush around 5.5" from seat height on this office chair. Gliding it around is fluid without having to get up too much on hard floors since the wheels do have double casters albeit plastic. Chrome accents of this chair give it that sparkly vibe I was after transforming the look of my home office while being comfy to sit on.
