Commercial gym quality heavy-duty blocks
These are heavy-duty blocks for the home. The rolled metal is sturdy and supported well underneath; there's zero flex and I'm 223 lbs. The surface has good grip (I'm not sure about these other reviews saying it's slippery; maybe if your shoe soles are dirty or dusty). The bottom of the blocks also have good grip to keep them from sliding. I'm happy with these. They are a great addition to the home gym.

Great blocks overall
They are made of metal so they are extremely durable. They have pads to go on the bottom to protect your floor. They are extremely easy to use/set up. My only complaint is that they are extremely large and bulky and hard to put in a gym bag to take to the gym or out of the house.

Sturdy, wide, but slippery (easily fixed)
These are solid and wide enough to accommodate even my very wide feet. I workout barefoot and these are slippery. I applied no slip tape and that did the trick. The bottom is also a bit slippery so applying no skid pads helps with that.

Sturdy
The squat wedges are absolutely perfect and exactly what I'd hoped for. They are incredibly sturdy, with grip on top and bottom to prevent sliding. I don't normally use resistance bands, but the notch on bottom is nice just in case.We have a home gym and up until about a year ago, my focus was progressive overload and low reps. Over the past year, I've primarily used Caroline Girvan workouts on YouTube and have had amazing results. She often uses a yoga block for heel-elevated squats. Since my home gym is carpeted, the yoga block slides- not a great feeling while holding heavy weight. I can't believe what a difference these squat wedges make! They stay put and are 100% stable! My husband thought they were car ramps and they probably are sturdy enough for that use ;-)
