Very good product. Really sturdy and will last for years. The section where we hold the rope is not that rough and it helps in increasing weights further without fearing damage to exposed parts of palm.I had one earlier from a different company and that was not good.This one is definitely worth the price.

The metal hook is solid and thick, the rope is thick and great finish including the rubber semispheres. I wouldn't complaint.
