Customer Service
I love the product and the brown blends beautifully with our deck! The cord is very sturdy and the 3 prong electrical input design is very cosmetic friendly! Most of all the customer service was excellent!!! Our cord went to LA for some reason and we are located in GA. I contacted customer service to resolve and once THEY noticed Fed Ex was not moving the package the next day, customer service over nighted me another one so I would be sure to have it in time for my upcoming event. I can really appreciate excellent customer service especially when so many companies are still blaming covid for delays. I would definitely use this vendor again! Thanks again for expediting my cord and continued success!
