These vitamins have all the essentials in them but they are absolutely enormous. Even in a soft gel form these capsules are probably the largest I've ever seen. These are hard to get down with a full glass of water. The inside is also liquid so if one breaks open in your mouth the taste is absolutely awful.

Reasonably priced vitamins but the size of these pills is a bit much. They are too big and I was worried one would get stuck in my throat. Make sure you have enough water on hand to be able to swallow these.Katiebabs

These vitamins have been working great to help my nails grow in stronger, and helping to improve the look and feel of my hair as it grows. You need to take 3 for a full dose, but these are smaller capsules and I find them easier to swallow with food.

The contents in each pill is vast. The pills are large. I drink with water. There is no smell, taste or after taste. The color is a bit strange though. It feels looks concentrated. I have not had any negative reactions while using them.

This was a one and done for me. Honestly, I probably shouldn't have even tried it because I legit thought this was a suppository at first with how large it was. This capsule is HUGE. I can't understand why it's so big... when you can get the same ingredients in a product that's 1/4 the size. Not worth the size or risk of choking. Hard no from me.

Has a nice assortment of vitamins. Seems to be working well. They are a bit large, but they're smooth so there has not been any problem. Might be a bit large for some, however. If you're not used to larger vitamins.However, most multivitamins I've taken have been on the large side, so these do not pose any problem and I appreciate that they aren't the chalky kind that can leave a bad taste in the mouth.

I picked this up to replace my present go to multi women's vitamin.Pros:This actually has higher percentages of my basic daily vitamins.Soft gel which did fine on my stomach when taken with food.Cons:Why are these purple?! Do I really need those dye additions to my daily vitamin? No...These are HUGE. I've taken some big pills and some of my supplements are big, but this is HUGE. It's hard for even me to swallow and I don't have issues taking pills.This has less supplements than my daily.Gelatin. Most vitamins these days are made out of animal friendly cases that omit gelatin. These are also not vegan or veterinarian friendly.These contain soy and don't note potential other allergen contamination. I have no idea if these are made in locations that also process allergens.No idea where these are made or what standards they are made under.Overall, I appreciate the higher doses of supplements included in this, however they contain less than my present multi vitamin. I think the real killer for me is the size of this soft gel and the unnecessary dyes used in the gel cap. I don't need those in my diet. I picked up the 120 dose and at the present price of $16.32, these look to be with in fair market value for a multi vitamin.
