They fit well over my stocking foot waders and are more comfortable than my favorite 25-year old pair from a well-known maker. They are also very light, which helps for pack-in fishing in remote country. But c'mon! Sheet metal screws for studs?! The screws do indeed grip the streambed/rocks acceptably. However, CARBIDE studs will outlast these screws ten-fold longer, or more.Still, these are a great value for the money, so I'll just carry some spare screws and screw-driver in my gear bag. If even an optional carbide-studded pair (or just the studs) were made available, I would rate these as perfect. Good product, nonetheless.

Excellent well built wading shoe for the money. Great traction with and without the cleats. I've used them probably six times since purchasing. Wading the south Holston north and south fork TN and VA. I can't attest to durability yet. There isn't a wading shoe made that will last more than a few seasons for me. I'm really tough on wading boots and shoes in general, being 6'3 270. I bought size 12 and they fit perfectly with neoprene socks or sock foot waders. They also drain well and dry relatively quickly. I'll do my best to update at 6 months and 1 year use.

I like these boots. I'm a large guy (6’4, 220 lbs.) with difficulty finding the right fit. These boots fit well and do not cramp my feet when wearing waders. The felt bottom with the lugs makes for a sturdy grip.
