Hidden USD128/Year Fee for FCA Vehicles?

No. The U.S. FCA only supports “Autoauth,” which has an annual fee of 50. THINKCAR does not participate in any charges. The 128 price applies solely to login access in the EU and other regions. The “purchase” cannot be completed in the United States.

We sincerely apologize for this situation. Since the seller has not yet shipped the item, we are unable to inspect it. Please send us the relevant photos, and we will replace it with a brand-new item and reimburse your shipping costs.

Experiencing compatibility issues with specific vehicle models or software?

Please do not worry. Access support through the “I.M.” feature within the scanner. If you do not receive a response, let us know via Amazon Messages, and we will provide a solution as soon as possible.
