Great Machine
The media could not be loaded. So I give this machine 4stars. Overall great machine comes already assembled no wires to mess with minus connecting the wire to the touch screen control and the power cord. One thing is for sure this machine DOES NOT HAVE 12 PROGRAMS A few at best. Feels good around my mid to upper back myNeck doesn’t really feel the pressure even at it’s highest setting I have to maneuver myself to hit certain parts but if you want that nice deep tissue when you’re feeling sore just move the neck padding….also just the opposite I would say put padding around d your lower back maybe a towel or a small cushion for your back cause that area is not very pleasant…..good thing is you can manually choose from 6 types of message methods and push up or down to message specific areas especially when in zero gravity it really gets in those trouble spots!Overall I love the machine and plan on using it till it can’t handle me anymore hehe.. Oh I just thought about something I’m assuming the 6 manual message methods plus the 6 auto messages styles is what’s giving the 12 programs assuming lol maybe I should’ve done a video lol let me see

Buyer beware!!!!
It clearly states you can return or EXCHANGE!! I am now having issues with the chair and Amazon is telling me I can’t get a replacement. What an extreme disappointment!!! This chair was not cheap.

the zero-gravity mode stopped working
After using this massage chair for just two weeks, the zero-gravity mode stopped working properly. It won’t lower or turn off, so I have to physically jump out of it. It’s honestly ridiculous! The customer service has been of no help, constantly shifting the blame and offering no real solutions. This has been a terrible purchase, and I’m extremely frustrated.
