I have finally found the best one.
With over 10 years of trying many different chin straps this the best all around. I started making my own and my Dr thought it was a bad idea. My mouth would open while sleeping and I would make all kinds of noise. When I woke my mouth would be foule, and disgusting. I persevered and now chin straps are commonplace. I don't like the full head ones, too confining. Some have been too thin and would be difficult to keep on. Elastic is not good stretches too quick. This is the perfect ballance.I do believe they need 2 sizes. This one is obviously made to fit a very large head. I have a larger head and this one fits but I could not adjust any smaller. I do wear it tight but it's very comfortable, easy to put on and take off even in the dark. I adjust it once and never again. It does not streach, the velcro stays in place even after wash abd dry. Plus you get 2 ea making it the lowest price of any I've had.

Would be a great product, only if...
I really want to like this strap. The chin cup is extremely comfortable fabric. The velcro is very high quality. The strap is strong, fuzzy, and feels good against my face. So what's the problem? The strap has a split that is intended to straddle either side of the dome of your head. My CPAP has the same kind of strap and it stays in place very well. Unfortunately for this strap, they did not center the cut the split, so it cannot leverage the shape of your head to maintain its position. This strap would only hold in place for someone with a tiny head like a child.I really want to like this strap, but it has a fatal design flaw rending the whole thing unusable. I would give it a 1, but the build quality and materials are so good that I bumped it up a star.

Too big
Just way too big for a one size fits all, even adjusting it. Plus it came in a two pack. I don't need two.

Better comfort
The single strap like this one doesn’t go around the back of the neck like the big straps and that’s what I want. If you don’t use a CPAP mask, you may not be happy with the strap because it will sometimes slide to the front of your head. I place the top strap of my CPAP mask in front of the chin strap and the strap stays in place. The bigger problem with the chin strap is that it stretches out within a short time. It has Velcro that allows you to tighten it. In my case, I need the strap to be pretty tight and within 2 months, or less, the stretch is more than the Velcro will adjust. I suppose that’s the reason they come with two in the package.

No issues. Great construction.
Fits well and materials are thick and strong. Instructions are to fit it and then cut the band to center the split opening to the top of one’s head. I was a little nervous about that, thinking it would tear, but it hasn’t. Still just as new even after several washings. I use a CPAP with just a nose pillow so it helps sometimes for me to have the chin strap and it has always served it’s purpose. Definitely recommended.

Best avoided ---
The strap does not stay in place at night. It slips very easily. When you adjust the size the split, which should sit evenly on your head, is moved off center. This issue could be avoided with strap adjustments on both sides, as found on other brands. As I followed the manufacturer’s directions and clipped the excess portion of the strap I may have voided the Company’s return policy.

Cpap user
This has worked well for my husband, that uses an over the nose only cpap. It's made a world of difference. He sleeps better, and so do I
