I wrote a previous review of this product that was not complimentary because it stopped working. The company totally came through offering a refund or replacement. They have been beyond helpful checking that I was satisfied with their service. Great company!!!

Stopped working after only 5 months. Won’t turn on no matter what I do. If your hair is thicker than fine it takes a while to dry, and the heat isn’t very high. Would never buy again I’d be better off with a normal hairdryer that’s cheaper it will last longer.

Effective, but awfully heavy to use. Kinda loud.

I loved it since I got it I used it I have super thick hair and it took me all of 20 minutes max to completely dry my hair! And it was great it gave me volume, I was able to curl the ends which I wanted which was great! The tool itself is really good quality for the price it is so easy to use I highly recommend it you will love it and it will make your day and life easier

It works great for straightening my naturally curly hair. But it doesn't really add the body and waves it shows it does.

All of my hair was dry in less than 15 min while using this product and I have very thick hair. Not only that but it does create so much volume because of the brush and if you don’t know how to use it, it is just turning and turning to get the desired volume you are looking for. I love the size and how lightweight it is to hold. The quality is great for the value. I love how there are multiple heat settings and how fast it blows all in one. It is made of a very durable plastic that is sure to last a lifetime. Overall this product works very well and is worth the price!

Purchased 2 months ago as a more economical replacement to a similar name brand product. Worked great for the initial 2 months. I do not use it daily, so I would say it was used less than 50 times over those 2 months, and it stopped heating this past week.Disappointed I wasted $20. Spend a little more and buy the name brand model. Those have always lasted me 3 years at least.
