I finally got this installed in an older car that desperately needed an upgrade! Once I got the right wire harness, installation took about an hour to remove the old radio, install, test and crimp all the connections. Sound quality is good but I've channeled the outputs into external amps so that's made a huge difference. The backup camera works OK and was a nice addition to the car. The touch panel is responsive, intuitive and easy to navigate. A big plus was the Carplay Bluetooth connectivity which allowed easy GPS navigation with an iphone. It also allows Android connectivity so that makes it more versatile but I'm not sure if it will allow both at the same time but will check this when I find an Android phone to use.Overall, this unit has been a great addition and upgrade. It looks good, sounds good, is easy to use and it has brought this little clunker into the modern age! I only wish I had installed it sooner!

This is a nice unit with some upgrades from previous generations of off brand units, primarily where line output is concerned. Previous units had only 2 low voltage outputs, this one offers 6 higher voltage outputs. This is ideal for those who intend to drive their whole system with external amplifiers.Another great feature of this unit is WIRELESS Android Auto and Carplay. Typically you would have to buy a major brands flagship model to get wireless connectivity. Even models costing nearly 1000.00 require a wired connection. Even 40k+ cars don't allow wireless. You can see why this is such an amazing feature to find on an inexpensive unit such as this. In my testing, the connection was no less reliable than any I have experienced, almost always connecting within a few seconds of starting the car.I can't speak to longevity, but I found sound quality adequate on both the internal amplifier and the line outputs via my external amplifiers. Most people should be pleased with it.Installation was as simple as any double din unit. Just make sure your car has a double din opening. Some require an additional bracket. You should also purchase a wiring harness specific to your car which will make installing it, very quick and easy.All in all, it's a great unit, particularly when considering it's rather low price.

We installed this on my 2013 chevy tahoe. We didn't order the adapter wire harness and was able to get it hooked up by the wires. It works as described and was a nice upgrade. It connected to both our androids and iphones via bluetooth and wired and was loud. Now we definitely need the wire harnesses to make it and the other features on the tahoe actually work. We didn't hook up the camera yet, but this was ready to use out of the box and looks really nice.

I wanted an inexpensive unit for a work truck and at only a double digit price (after coupon), this unit fits my needs and then some. I use Android auto and so maps to get to jobs and tunes to listen to on the way there and back. The ability to handle calls and messages is certainly important too when clients need to get in touch with me when I'm on the road.The installation was about as simple as it can get. I did order a wiring kit to make it neat. Everything is working as advertised and expected. I find the touch screen to be pretty responsive, decently bright, it connects to my phone quickly and overall, I'm quite happy with it.
