Not working ok from the very beginning. No connection from time to time for the first day of use.

First of all, it is once again a Series 30+ phone. (Thanks to the Microsoft Corp for discarding the brand's iconic UI.)It being a Series 30+ don't expect any useful applications and remains much the same in most aspects. Thankfully they have removed bling, but retained fb, a browser,mobile store,weather and snake.It seems someone has to alert Nokia that it is 2G phone and not to include web based applications just to waste storage. Weather application is working properly on 2G. Snake however, is not interesting or good as it was 15 years ago.(Snake on old Series 40 models were the best.) The other games are a waste of space and requires some kind of mobile store purchase, not even worth checking out.-Secondly the phone has a major feature, a 'call connected alert' vibration function, like that of android phones.Further,-The keypad is plastic, but of good quality as far as compared to earlier models (Not as good as 230 though).-Torch LED is bright enough for emergency use. Camera as usual is not worth mentioning.Though they have removed selfie camera (The selfie camera on Nokia feature phones was not good enough for use and was basically a waste of resource), now the right hand short key is reserved for main camera.-The speakers are on top and are of good quality and loudness. Being a tribute to the original 5310 XpressMusic (one of Nokia's best ever product), has shown some justice to the name in at least that department. Dedicated Play/Pause, FOR./REV. buttons are useful, as are the sound control buttons. The phone can definitively be used as a music player. Further FM Radio can be played without connecting headphones, turned on on loudspeaker. A standard earphone with mic is included in the contents of the handset package.However the internal memory is just 2MB, which is a joke considering this is promoted as amedia player phone.( SD card slot is available supporting upto 32GB).-The menu interface is like of the new 3310. Only noticeable change is in contacts, which is that each contact can have 2 numbers now( Not available in 150,216,230 etc.).-(The phone's loudspeaker shows a high volume alert if sound is increased during phone calls, which can be confusing.)-The dual colour scheme and sound quality makes this model stand out among the Series 30+ phones, but the OS itself is it's greatest drawback.Nokia 5310 is a presentable feature phone which fulfills the basic necessity of a communication device without much fuss and seems rugged and reliable.Edit: 25.06.2021- The phone OS suddenly froze. Contacts and voice call stopped working. Sometimes music app works, but the music buttons were not responding and had to remove battery to restart. After that just after switch on OS hanged. Tried factory reset, seems even that is not working as contacts still remains.

Though white color of this phone is very beautiful but it's a fact that old keypad phones of nokia are better than the new ones. New models should be upgraded to previous models but not in the case of nokia phones.In this phone, we can't play youtube video but but we can play youtube videos in Nokia 216. In nokia 216, there is front camera. I bought 216 phone in less than Rs 2600 but in nokia 5310, we don't have front camera n I bought nokia 5310 @Rs 3399. So tell which one is better? If u think that this phone is gud for music then I want to tell u music keys r there in this phone but while playing music we can't lock the phone.Still nokia keypad phones don't have the feature of to take back up of messages or store messages in memory card.I am not against of this phone, I like this phone but at Rs 3399, I expect a little bit more. Even in the keypad phones which r less than Rs 1,000 we can take screenshots, we can put password to lock messages, to lock call logs,to lock file manager but in nokia phones, we can't. In nokia keypad phones there is keyguard lock.But I still like Nokia keypad phones. This phone (white color ) is beautiful. 2g internet works well. Phone is sturdy n solid. Back camera is gud as compare to other contemporary keypad phones. Music is quite loud. I am happy to have this phone. I was very excited to have this phone and now I have this phone. Thanks to amazon. But nokia keypad phones should be upgraded not in the price but in the features.One more plus point of nokia phones while talking, conversation or voice doesn't leak but in other keypad phones like intex, itel, micromax etc, voice leak.I didn't check in this phone whether the conversation or voice leaks coz I didn't get call or receive call from anyone but I think this phone will have the same quality of not to leak voice or conversation.It's my honest review. The Nokia 5310 Dual SIM is a fantastic phone for the price. It offers excellent battery life, clear sound quality, and the dual SIM feature is very convenient. Perfect for those who need a reliable and straightforward phone. Highly recommended!
