Doesn't move at all not even in strong winds. Sent mine back. It is pretty though.

Complete ripoff
These (and all similar items on Amazon) are unauthorized, unlicensed miniature replicas of kinetic art by Anthony Howe. What you will receive, if anything at all, is a flimsy tin whirligig which may or may not ever actually spin in anything less than hurricane-force winds. It won’t work, but it will rust. You will be disappointed.
