GRANDCOW knee pads
I am a painter so I am on my knees a lot while painting baseboards and lower areas. I purchased these since my other knee pads are heavy DeWalts that work great but are cumbersome. I can wear these all day and forget that I even have them on. They slide on, not like others that have straps to keep them in place and cause binding when bending for long periods of time, and can slip down when the straps loosen. They also make climbing ladders a breeze, since they do not get hung up on the ladder rungs. The cushion does compress after a few wearings, but they are still comfortable to use. I have been wearing mine for 2 weeks without a problem. The knee pads offer some heat & compression to the knees, which offers comfort at the same time for knees that have been hard working. I will be purchasing additional pairs; the price is unbeatable. I highly recommend them for anyone who wants to cushion their knees.

A solid investment
I work as an on-site accountant for local barcades company. They have venues throughout the city. One of my many tasks is to tally up the tokens from the arcade section of the bar. All token recepticales are located at the very bottom of every game. So, I needed a sturdy pair of knee pads that were also light-weight and flexible. I wear them underneth my work pants and they provide adaquate protection from the constant kneeling I face on a daily basis. The cushion preforms nicely and provides good support and comfort. The only downside, as with all knee pads, is that I experience some minor pinching behind the knee. A quick adjustment solves the problem but it can be bothersome when you're on the job. All in all, a good pair of knee pads for a fair price.

Elastic poorly stitched. Otherwise OK.
Knee pads with straps never worked for me. Tried these. At the low price I figured if they didn't last long I'd get a refund. I'm installing laminate flooring so I'm on my knees constantly. These slip right on, fit well, stay in place and are comfortable. I've worn them for two days. The padding is holding up well so far. Can't say much for durability because I don't know how long they will last before the stitching comes apart. If they last for 3 bedrooms worth of flooring I'll be happy.

Long wear, very comfortable
I ordered one pair for my husband, who is a home improvements contractor on his knees daily for plumbing, laying tile, electrical work, flooring, painting, etc.. He raved about the difference they make in his comfort while working and eliminating or greatly reducing knee pain after work. I immediately got him a second pair to rotate day to day. A year later (!) it was time for a replacement set, although we probably should have gotten the new ones a bit sooner - will plan for a nine month replacement this time. Highly recommended!

Very bulky, thick, and scratchy. Not good for Ice skating!!!
These knee pads are okay. Not exactly what I was looking for but, will work for now. The material is scratchy if wearing directly on skin and pads are very thick. If you wear them under your close you can see the lumps of the pads. Probably will use these if working outside in the yard gardening or working on home when I have to be on the knees for a while but, not good for ice skating seems how they feel bulky and scratchy.

Very comfortable
I ordered these because they look like athletic knee pads, rather than the construction knee pads which have only two straps to hold them on. These slip on over your legs or even over your blue jeans and stay in place. They provide sufficient protection for your knees. Now if you watch some of the construction knee pad videos and you see the guy kneeling on glass, nails, hot coals, etc., I wouldn't try that with these. But if you're like me, and kneeling on the concrete while working on the car, or, working in your attic and have to kneel on the planking up there, than these would be great, have enough flexibility so they conform to your knee and don't stick out and make you feel like you're wearing 4 pounds of rubber tire on your knees.

I like to see how things hold up
I don't write reviews as soon as I receive something. I like to see how things hold up, over time. I bought these over three months ago and have used them several times a week since then. I am surprised at how well they have performed, considering the low price. I am not a large person - 5' 3" and 135 lbs. These knee pads fit me very comfortably and don't move around during vigorous mountain biking. I was resistant to wearing anything that would be restrictive, but I was tired of tearing up my knees, every time I fell. The pads are slightly concave and even with the stretch material inside the pad, they are not restrictive. Nor do they slip down or bunch up behind my knees. I have not noticed that the stretch material has started to relax or lose it's shape. The stitching has not ravelled or started to pull out. Overall, I think these are an excellent buy. and I will buy them again, if I ever wear them out.

Works for Hand Cleaning Floors!
They work perfect for the purpose I purchased them....cleaning my wood floors by hand. They are a bit cheaply made, but they will probably last me for some time for what I need. If they were worn every day I can see them having to be replaced maybe every month or 2. But for the price, that should be expected.
