This said it was for my motor and it was. Only takes a few minutes to install and works like it should.

My second switch
First one stopped working over the winter break for my boat, rewired after I ordered new one, still working fine.

Perfect fit 1998 Evinrude 115.
Save the nylon nut from your old switch. Fit as original. Works great. Expensive for a simple switch, but no other options.

They don't make them like they use to !!!!
used this switch 4 times now it won't work !!! That works out to about $20.00 for each time i pushed the button !!!! I would of liked to have got a little more use for my money ... POOR QUALITY !!!! I can't even rate it !!! Looks like I have to give it one star in order to submit the review !!!

Good product
Worked as indicated. Keep the back nut for mounting from the original as it does not come with a new nut.

Missing parts
Part worked fine but is missing the plastic nut that holds the unit onto the cowling. Be sure you don't lose the old one because you will need it.

Worked just fine on my 1997 Evinrude 115 intruder just make sure you save the plastic nut from your old trim switch cause it doesn't come with a new one
