This product provides an easy way to get the benefits of cordyceps mushrooms. Its sole ingredient is mushroom powder. There are no fillers or sweeteners in the product. The recommended serving size is one teaspoon which measures 23 servings per 4 ounce bag. The powder rehydrates quickly. It is easy to add to morning coffee, smoothies, baked goods or soups. The powder has an earthy flavor on its own, but it is not noticeable when used in a diluted amount, as in coffee. I don't know why it was necessary to proclaim "gluten free" and "vegan" on the label when it clearly states the only ingredient is mushrooms.

I like to mix this into my coffee and it dissolves well. It does sink at the bottom tho so you may need to drink it on the faster side or keep mixing it. It helps with my digestion and doesn't really have any strong taste or smell esp with the coffee. Good quality made with quality ingredient!

5.26.24~ Lily of the Valley has been one of my fave spices.Mushroom powder is one of my fave flavor enhancers for plant based diet.As much as we love fresh from the market cordyceps,they didn't translate as well as shitake powder.Where these do excel is their almost non-mushroom powder.More of an umami flavor enhancer vs full bodied nature of shitake.Blossomed quite well in instant pot vs skillet so maybe need concentrate heat.Even if you're not sure of this powder must try others by Lily. Great flavor crafters.

The powder seems fresh. I did not notice any bad scent. The whole bag is 123 g, so it is believable that the net weight is around 113.3 g. The taste is not as mushroom-like as I wished, so I'll still need actual djon djon mushrooms for my mushroom rice. Idk if there are actual health benefits, but I'll hope for it.
