POINT 65° N Tequila Solo

I ordered this because it came in two pieces so that I can load it in my car and not my roof since I'm an older woman and it's too hard to get it on top. It fits in my little Toyota Corolla when the back seats are folded down. Just the tip needs to go out of the back window. Works great for that for me! The pieces are light enough to carry easily and they go together very easily. If you SIT IN the kayak and push with your feet it also comes apart with ease, but you have to do it that way or it's too hard. My only issue is the seat is slippery. It slides back and forth making you lay back too far. Once I tightened it up as much as possible and then I flipped the seat part up and just sat on the kayak it worked perfectly. I'm really happy with this kayak. It tracks better than my old one, and makes moving it sooooooooo much easier than loading the whole thing on a roof rack!!! Buy one, you'll love it!!! Super fun!!! I even got my 80 year old mother on it and she loved it!

I bought this kayak for my wife. She wanted to be able to easily put it in her car, rather than on top. Easy to connect and disconnect. She’s happy with it.

Very happy with my purchase. I've only taken my Tequila out twice so far. It is easy and quick for me to load and unload by myself in a midsize SUV, put together and be on the water in minutes. Separating the two pieces has been a little more difficult with one person, but quite easy with a second person.

Easy to load, a little difficult to carry having not much to hold onto. I am 5'3". I find It difficult for me to get pieces together, there is a gap even after cinching down. Took it out on the water anyway with no real issues. My father has a problem putting his together. To get apart I sit inside & push with my feet. It works for me (:

This kayak is great! They have made improvements on its design. My friend has an older one I admired but my new Tequila tracks better and leaks less if at all. They improved the seat but I wish I had the option of the old backrest since the holes are still there for it. The ratchet connector goes together easily but is difficult to take apart alone after. That bums me out. They should give you a gizmo to help that process.
