This was perfect had some stretch to it so be careful how you cut your pattern. The quality was great, overall what you would expect denim to be as far as weight. 100% perfect. Will order again for other projects.

Not appropriate for slipcover
I returned this item. I needed 14 oz denim for slipcover for a loveseat. 8 oz was too lightweight for that use.

Disappointed
Color does not match the picture...picture shows black with a white or neutral colored theard, the fabric I received is a pitch black, which does not work for my project.
