Your teeth do feel nice and clean using this toothpaste. And I like that, it's not a very strong flavor I also like how it gets like, fool me. No, it's not the same type of foam as regular toothpaste. It's very nice

Good taste, not to overwhelming, which for some people might be an issue if they don't feel extra minty after brushing teeth. Not sure about whitening effect, I guess it removes some of the discoloration from coffee and soda

No fluoride and nothing that actually fights cavities or bacteria.
