I really wanted a soft mouth spout for my wide-mouth bottle. This works perfectly. I don't use it with the straw, I just tip it up to drink. It is easy to clean with a straw brush because there are no valves or gaskets. It isn't leak proof when the cap is open. It may be with the straw, but I don't use the straw.It is sturdy, easy to use, high quality materials, easy to open, great value without even comparing it to brand name items, and looks like factory/brand name, original product.

I like these better than some of the other ones. With these straws the insert into the lid instead of on the lid and it seems to help avoid the occasional vacuum lock that we get with the others.

I was disappointed when I tried it in my Nalgene bottle. It said fits “most” wide mouth. Waste of my money.

I had the original style hydro flask lid from years ago and it leaked whenever I used it. I wanted to start using my hydro flask again so I ordered this one and it is so much better. There is absolutely no leaking even when I turn it upside down! This lid seals fully and is a higher quality feeling lid. I cannot tell you how happy I am with my new lid!! Highly recommended.
