Best Invention EVER!
This is perfect for drinking water in bed so you can take a quick sip at night without having to fumble for your water and wake yourself up too much. It can be a little tricky because the loop creates a siphon effect - basically science - and you have to be prepared that if your bottle is on the nightstand and your head is on your pillow the water may come out automatically when you take off the cap, but that’s just an added bonus for me - lolStraw length is fantastic, easy to clean and practical. I agree with other reviewers that it doesn’t attach to the cup well, but I just make sure the cap is on the straw and hang it over the cup.

Helpful post surgery!
Received as a gift after getting neck surgery to help with drinking water. Very helpful! Could see this as a fun addition for kids!Pros:Size is long, almost comically long for most cups. In an average plastic water bottle it was long enough to reach the bottom and secure to the side. Flexible straw could bend very easily around my hospital cords/fluids. Felt very durable.Notes:*SPILLS! The drink source must be below the part of the straw you’re drinking from. For example, I was lying on the hospital bed and my bf was bringing me the water. He was standing over me and handed me the straw mouth part, the water flowed from the bottle out the mouth spout because the bottle was above me/the straw tip and spilled all over me.Also, cleaning the whole length of the inside was difficult. We stuck to using the straw only for water to reduce the risk of sugars getting stuck inside.

A must have after ACDF surgery
I had gotten these to take to the hospital and for home too, following my ACDF cervical spinal surgery. The nurses loved them. Except when I forgot to prop the loop and my entire cup of water drained onto the tray cart. My bad. So, I used a little paper clamp clip on the side of my cup to help keep the loop on the side of the cup. The little built in straw shelf can come off some cup rims easily. The quality is well made. The length was good for me. Made drinking very easy when I couldn’t tilt my head after surgery. I would recommend these.

Needs a stopper
It’s a very long straw and it works, but it needs a clean way to stop the flow. If you’ve ever seen someone on tv siphon gas, this is exactly the same process. So the part where they stop sucking on the tube and the gas starts to pour into a bucket or whatever? Thats you and your shirt and your couch and your hands-free beverage isn’t so fun anymore.I was amazed how easy it was to clean the straw with the included brush, but how does the inside get dry? Seems like a recipe for mildew and mold. It’s just not as cute in practice as buzzfeed made it seem

Soft and long. Perfect.
I love this straw! It makes sharing my water so much easier with my child! Cleaning it though was a little tough. It give you a a really long straw cleaner, it’s flimsy. I wish it had been more stronger. It’s not the metal wire brush that you use on other straws.

Love these
OK, so I did not really want to like these in fact when I saw what they were, I was going to return them until I started using them and saw all the many reasons why I love these straws so much they have some drawbacks, but here are some unexpected uses Sometimes I like to drink a little water in bed before I go to sleep with these straws you do not have to pick up any container. You can just use the tube and continue resting. Also, I like that when I am traveling around, I can take the whole straw and stuff it in the cup and when I’m ready to drink again, I can just pull the straw out of the cup. That is amazing. There are also some things I don’t like about the straw, for example since it is so flexible sometimes the straw slips out or I wish that it would be sturdy so I could drink while I’m driving for example. It has a unique breast used to clean it and that was a nice touch. I would definitely purchase these again.

Didn't meet my expectations - not sure what they even were honestly
I was excited to try these but am disappointed. I thought that being able to keep the straw in my mouth without picking up my cup would help me drink more. However, if any water got left behind, the next drink tasted like warm hose water (80s/90s kids know}. I'm all for childhood nostalgia but that's too much for me. Having to lift the straw up to drain the water back into the cup after every drink was obnoxious and it was generally awkward to handle and clean them. I guess my expectations were too high. The quality is good at least.

Amazing!
These things are amazing! I love using them in the car so I don’t have to pick up my heavy tumbler while driving. I thought they were a joke when my boyfriend ordered them for us but the are great!
