EU to UK connection without all the fuss of politics.
It function exactly as it is supposed to do. It is a little on the deep side - i.e. depth from socket, but all I wanted was something to connect my Italian coffee machine up to UK mains. It works well.

OK but is it safe?
Snug fit for the 2-pin plug going into it, and it works. Its not British Standard, but it does have a CE mark, although these are often on pirate copies, so no way of knowing if this is a safe product. So far so good though.

I bought an item from germany which required a uk adaptor , this was the obvious choice as it is fitted with a 13 amp fuse it works very well indeed .
