Attractive fun design coupled with a good quality product,the card which accompanys the bands has a QR code on which takes you to a page on the website with suggested exercises and areas that those exercises Target.The bands have varying resistance with the smallest band being the band with the most resistance, largest least resistance,I had to hunt for this information and it would have been useful if the information was included with the product.

Great product and amazing value for money. You get 3 different sized bands neatly packaged in a mesh bag. The stitching and elastic quality are top notch. The elasticated sections on the reverse of the bands are a really nice touch and give a real premium feel.My wife has used these for toning and I’ve used them to strengthen muscles.High recommended !

Bands are great only downfall to them is there is no indication as to what weight / resistance on each band is. Bands are thick in width so they do not roll when doing squats etc even on a curvier person.Good material alot better than the old rubber Bands.

They feel good quality. The largest band is a bit too big for me to even use but maybe as my quads build, it will come in handy. Good product at a good price. Especially because they are £20 on the actual booty band website.

Bands came on time and packaged in a handy net bag with a pull string. Bands are 3 different sizes and are Great quality. They have a grip on the inside so don't roll or come down when exercising unlike the rubber bands and are very comfortable. Would Definatly recommend.

I ordered a multicoloured pack and got boring colour instead :(Otherwise, looks like really high quality.

I would of liked a little booklet to come with this as not sure what colours are for which strength

The bands arrived in two days and I was really pleased with them. They look great and very different from a lot of the boring designs you tend to see. They are very good quality and provide great tension for when I'm doing my physio exercises. If you're looking for some good quality resistant bands which stand out, I would highly recommend these.

I am an athlete and I have been trying to find some bands that were actually worth buying that weren't too expensive.... and these are the one!!! For the "light" band, you still get that challenging pressure while you workout when using it. They don't have the same resistance. They don't slip and I wear biker shorts to work out so I am literally using skin on skin contact with the bands and they do not rub, roll, or leave any rashes on my thighs. These are also very vibrant so you can't beat the price for quality and the resistance.

I have been using these for a few weeks now, I was skeptical at first but the quality is amazing, the different sizes are so versatile for many exercises. You need to get these for the value and quality!!! I will definitely telling all my friends about these

I’ve had these only a few weeks. I use them for squats and some abduction crab walk moves. The suit their purposes and bring a little colorful whimsy to my gym time. So far they’ve retained their shape and tension with no signs of letting up anytime soon. I’m satisfied so far!
