Actually Better Sounding Than The Tour Pro 2
These buds sound amazing, they are comfortable, and are less expensive than the JBL Tour Pro2. There is also a sound quality difference, and these are slightly better sounding since they have LDAC codec. I have also the Sony XM 5's and I like these better. They are definitely worth getting.

Excellent quality
The sound quality is excellent. My biggest issue is with them fitting in my ears. I can’t figure out which tips to use,the box doesn’t seem to hold a charge as long as I would like it to but I’m happy with my purchase

Good hardware, but the software isn't quite there yet
These are pretty solid ear buds. They provide great noise isolation, better than any non-wired earbuds I've tried. The sound itself is clear, and there's equalizer software that lets you tweak it to how you want it. The bass sounds pretty good, but being earbuds will never give you quite the deep bass of over the ear headphones, but they do a pretty good job. The active noise cancelling is very good, better than my premium Monster over the ear headphones.I've knocked these down a bit due to software. Since getting them I've had to update the firmware on the buds themselves and on the "smart" carry case. And even with that, there's still issues. The biggest complaint I have, is that even with "ambient sound" turned off and active noise cancellation on, it will randomly pass through ambient sound. The sound is very clearly getting picked up by the built-in mics and then rebroadcast through the speakers. Sometimes it lasts as short as 3-5 seconds, other times it can last 15 or more seconds. And it happens pretty randomly. On a related note, sound quality on phone calls was quite poor. Eventually I figured out it is related to the ambient sound passthrough mentioned above. It seems taking a call turns it on automatically, even when you have it turned off.Turning on ambient sound, and then adjusting the ambient sound to the lowest level greatly improved the sound quality of calls as well as made it less noticeable when it turns on at random when using Active Noise Cancelling. The ambient passthrough is at max volume by default. The software itself has a lot of different features, many of which can be controlled through the smart case, for those that don't want to use the app or plan to use this with a device that can't use apps. Its a smart idea, but for me I'm never going to use the feature. It just becomes something that makes the case bigger than it needs to be and risks accidentally changing settings while banging around in my pocket.

Noise cancellation is awesome!
The five stars is for the actual sound quality and noise-cancelling capability, which are the core functions of these ear buds. I thought my work office was quiet until I put these in my ears and everything went dead silent; it's almost an eerie feeling. The drone of the air conditioning system and the hum from the overhead lights completely disappeared. I hadn't even noticed the noises before trying these ear buds. I'd say the noise cancelling capabilities of these are comparable to my name brand headphones (B...) that I use for flights. Also, we're required to wear hearing protection on the production floor. These ear buds are actually much quieter than the regular foam earplugs. They cut out all the low frequencies completely, though I can still hear some hissy (higher frequency) sounds like air lines. The sound quality of these earbuds is superb IMO. My coworker recently got some other name brand (SB) earbuds, similarly priced, and we have been comparing them. These JBL earbuds hold their ground. He's big on high volume, and I'd say these ones get a bit louder than his; I personally don't like to listen with the volume cranked. 40% is good for me. The earbuds automatically activate when place in the ear. The JBL video shows enhancers that come with some of their earbuds for securing the earbuds in your ear when exercising, etc., but they did not come with these earbuds. I would like to have the enhancers for exercising and for wearing around the production floor so I don't have to worry about these coming loose and reducing the effectiveness of the noise cancellation, or worse, falling out.The screen on the charging case is a bit of a gimmick IMO, but that's not what I got the earbuds for. I have replaced the default screen with a picture of me and my partner. There are lots of features available on the screens, but the ones I find most valuable are the charge status of the earbuds (and case), and the equalizer. It also has a feature that helps you locate a missing earbud, volume control, play controls, timer & flashlight. I also want to mention that the case charges the earbuds really fast; they were down to 65% when I put them in the case, and were at 90% ten minutes later. The charging case pairs with the phone separately in order to support all the features. It includes a short USB-A to USB-C cable for charging, and has a USB-C on the back. The case has a spot to connect a lanyard, but I plan to get a different bag to keep the case in; I don't want the screen to get all scratched up carrying it in my pocket with keys, etc.The phone app provides additional features and really is necessary for getting things configured initially. There are three different configurations available for the earbud touch sensors, which include noise cancellation, volume control, and play control (phone control is standard on both earbuds and is not configurable). Each earbud can be configured independently. Since there are three configurations and only two earbuds, you have to decide which one not to control via earbud. I chose to control the volume via my phone/case since that's the one I use the least. For me, I use the noise cancellation enable/disable, and the play/pause more frequently when I need to talk to others. All in all, these earbuds sound great and are loaded with features not found in lower end earbuds.

Meh..was looking for more bass in my buds.. Still searching 👀
Had high hopes these were the bass buds for me. They’re not inexpensive and the case has some cool features.. But they are kind of difficult to use at work. Tapping the buttons while in your ears. Very sensitive and not at all, all at the same time. Try to adjust the Left one and the noise cancelling adjusts and you have to scroll thru it all. Right one only skips songs etc.I prefer my buds to have volume control and fwd rvrs. Easily could’ve done that and left the noise canceling to the case controls..Oh well they’re decent sounding & quality just not the best work/workout choice
