Using ice packs, how long does it keep food cold?

Not sure about food but using ice packs my beer was cold for over 12 hours!!

Can this bag be washed (in a washing machine?) And if so, at what temp?

i havent machine washed it, but a simple wipe out with hot soapy water on a wrung out cloth works as it is lined . if you get any smells mix a couple pf caps of white vinegar into hot soapy water and wipe out. then dry with paper towel. any lingering smells use a couple of pieces of fresh charcoal in a porous bag to absorb smells.hope this helps

what weight are the straps rated for, 24 cans average around 20kg, has anyone tested its weight limit?

I don't know the the weight rating is. I've used it to carry 15 cans of lager around a golf course a couple of times with no issues

Does it keep food warm for restaurant food delivery?

It's designed to keep food cold with cold blocks so is insulated for that purpose. I can't see why it would not keep food warm too. But as I have not used it for this I can't be sure how long it would keep things hot.
