I have been taking since July 27th. I have noticed my sleep is much better, my legs do not hurt like they did and I have had no cramps. Will buy this product again.

I feel it has changed my body. Sleep is better the skin on legs and arms feels tighter, I’m not as bloated as I would get . I started with one capsule and I have kept it at one for now . I do wake up with a slight headache but it goes away quickly.

So far I have taken this nightly since receiving it and I like plenty of things about it. The pills are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste.
